What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage in-basket burden for on-site primary care providers
- Participate in call for second-level triage during scheduled hours
- Review patient records, messages, and results to assess health status and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with the care team to provide guidance and outreach to patients and caregivers
- Document patient records and electronic health records (EHR)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Required Master's Degree in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners or an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
- 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Board certification in Family/Internal Medicine for physicians
- DEA registration in the State of Michigan
