What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by promoting laboratory solutions, including instrumentation, reagents, and consumables
- Build trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across various care settings
- Conduct diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for improving instrumentation and reimbursement potential
- Maintain deep knowledge of the CLIA regulatory landscape and monitor competitive activity
- Serve as a laboratory diagnostics subject matter expert to internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and unit targets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with reagent rental models, CLIA compliance, and reimbursement frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling into physician office labs, urgent care centers, and large group practices
- Prior experience working within cross-functional teams to achieve multi-channel growth
- Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas and driving territory growth in competitive markets
- Two or more industry certifications
