What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by promoting laboratory solutions, including instrumentation and point-of-care testing
- Build trusted relationships with physicians and lab decision-makers across various healthcare settings
- Conduct diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and new business development
- Monitor competitive activity and leverage market insights to inform sales strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert in laboratory diagnostics to support internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with increasing responsibility in sales
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and drive territory growth
- Familiarity with CLIA compliance and reimbursement frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling into physician office labs and urgent care centers
- Master's degree or global equivalent in a related field
- Industry certifications related to healthcare diagnostics
- Proven track record of success in competitive markets
- Experience working with cross-functional teams for multi-channel growth
