      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle recruitment and placement for physicians and advanced practice providers
      - Establish and maintain relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services partners
      - Develop and implement recruitment plans compliant with current standards
      - Coordinate physician facility/community site visits and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
      - Analyze recruitment activities and prepare statistical reports to monitor candidate flow and turnover

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in recruitment or similar roles
      - Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage recruitment processes
      - Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
      - Proficiency in recruitment databases and maintaining accurate records

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in hospital-based services
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar recruitment management systems
      - Knowledge of current trends in healthcare recruitment and staffing
      - Established connections with educational institutions and residency programs
      - Experience in training and mentoring new staff members
