What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and recruit physician candidates for clinical staffing opportunities nationwide
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Analyze and evaluate candidate qualifications, interests, and availability
- Coordinate communication between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth placement process
- Achieve key performance indicators and submit weekly activity reports to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High level of intelligence and aptitude
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and evaluative skills
- Proficiency in using computer programs, databases, and Internet research
- Sales, marketing, and/or recruiting experience preferred; healthcare experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare legislation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
