What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Comply with client's special handling instructions and assign appropriate reviewers
- Understand different referral types and assign reviewers accordingly
- Ensure timely return of cases by reviewers to meet deadlines
- Communicate changes, delays, and other necessary information to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to meet specific deadlines
- Knowledge of physician networks, medical specialties, and relevant compliance guidelines
- Strong negotiation skills and computer literacy
