  Job Description:

  • Manage Industrial Quality cteam and activities in Bogie shop (IQ team + process + KPI).
  • Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
  • Participate or delegate customer joint Inspections.
  • Participate to process FMEA definition.
  • Build, implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans with REX of previous project execution.
  • Ensure customer approval, documents validation & compliance of the manufactured products before shipping.
  • Perform Line Quality Animation with cross function team.
  • Perform, participate to inspections of products (Customer joint inspections included if applicable).
  • Manage problem solving.
  • Records inspection results in the industrial tools as required & performed follow-up.
  • Perform first characterization & manage NCR’s for non-compliant products for internal responsibility.
  • Have ability to accepts or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support.
  • Support manufacturing teams regarding the self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audit, …) & Position Quality Animation with Line Manager.
  • International mindset & fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Good experience in handling fabrication quality and NDT techniques ( preferred Level 2 in MT/VT/RT)
  • Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.

  Experience and Qualification

  Qualification : B.E Mechaincal 14 to 16 years of expericace in Quality & continious improvement.
