Job Description
- Req#: 425636
- Manage Industrial Quality cteam and activities in Bogie shop (IQ team + process + KPI).
- Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
- Participate or delegate customer joint Inspections.
- Participate to process FMEA definition.
- Build, implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans with REX of previous project execution.
- Ensure customer approval, documents validation & compliance of the manufactured products before shipping.
- Perform Line Quality Animation with cross function team.
- Perform, participate to inspections of products (Customer joint inspections included if applicable).
- Manage problem solving.
- Records inspection results in the industrial tools as required & performed follow-up.
- Perform first characterization & manage NCR’s for non-compliant products for internal responsibility.
- Have ability to accepts or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support.
- Support manufacturing teams regarding the self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audit, …) & Position Quality Animation with Line Manager.
- International mindset & fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Good experience in handling fabrication quality and NDT techniques ( preferred Level 2 in MT/VT/RT)
- Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.
