      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage licensed reprint title organization for PJ Library and PJ Our Way, ensuring adherence to deadlines
      - Assist in preparing and managing internal production schedules for multiple titles
      - Track deadlines and serve as liaison with freelancers, including writers and designers
      - Schedule and take notes at internal meetings, including production and book flap meetings
      - Maintain organization of team spaces and manage storage and tracking systems for titles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - 1 to 3 years of administrative experience preferred
      - Proven ability in project management, including time management and prioritizing deadlines
      - Excellent English-language editing and writing skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest in children's books and knowledge of Jewish culture
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
