What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new partnerships and maintain relationships with externship sites for student placements
- Match students with appropriate sites, ensuring timely placement to avoid registration lapses
- Provide exceptional service and support to students throughout the placement process
- Create individualized strategies for long-term placement relationships and fulfill unique placement requirements
- Communicate consistently and professionally with students via phone and email
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to establish rapport professionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of system orientation
- Comfort in communicating through various mediums including phone, email, video conference, and in-person
