      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, collect, analyze, and validate statewide utilization and inventory data for assigned chapters
      - Prepare standardized and custom statistical reports for the State Medical Facilities Plan (SMFP)
      - Review license renewal documents for accuracy and interpret licensing data for the SMFP
      - Utilize databases in MS Access and/or MS Excel for data calculations in need determination methodologies
      - Provide staff support by leading one or more committees of the State Health Coordinating Council (SHCC)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in public or human service administration or a related field, with three years of human service experience (two years in program planning) or a bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience
      - Experience in research, evaluation, and statistical application in the human service field
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Access or Excel for data analysis
      - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with diverse audiences
      - Strong analytical skills to draw inferences and make recommendations based on data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of healthcare administration and health planning concepts
      - Experience cleaning and analyzing data for recommendations to boards or councils
      - Competency in conducting data analyses and statistical methodologies
