Job Description

- To lead and own all site resource planning functions, to maximise the performance of the operation by ensuring accurate, detailed short-, medium- and long-term planning information to enable the operation to direct the daily, weekly and monthly activities and identify any potential shortfalls
- To monitor and track all resourcing requirements against plan, providing timely and accurate reports in all areas including planned and flex hours, performance levels
- To manager Planning FLM's and Analyst teams
- Regular strategies meetings with Key stake holders
- Support in driving a continuous improvement culture within the operation
- To carry out ad hoc and Long term projects that both improve and advance the site planning processes
- Warehouse / Retail / Supply Chain environment - Planning – 2 Years experience
- Experience working in a fast pace environment
- Experience working alongside direct and indirect internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate Analytical and numerical Skills
- Experienced - Excel - Teams - Word - Power points - Power BI
- Project management & problem solving
- Previous experience of managing and leading teams

Pay Rate: £48,000 to £50,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
