- Lead and develop plant operations through strategic planning and execution.
- Drive performance improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Foster a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality products and maintain strong customer/vendor relationships.
- Oversee compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term capital plans.
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to eliminate losses and build capability.
- Lead plant-level initiatives aligned with McCormick’s Journey to Excellence (JTE).
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Procurement, Planning, Finance, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service and more.
- Develop leadership talent and succession plans to support long-term growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of manufacturing experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role within a TPM or Lean environment.
- Strong background in food safety, GMPs, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven project management and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to support a multi-shift operation.
- Experience in High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) or self-directed work teams.
- Familiarity with SAP and modern manufacturing technologies.
- Background in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

Position Overview
As Plant Manager, you will oversee all operations at our Atlanta facility, ensuring the safety, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products. You’ll lead a culture of continuous improvement, drive operational excellence through TPM and HPWS, and serve as a key member of the Americas Supply Chain leadership team.
You will also represent McCormick within the local community and ensure compliance with all corporate, state, and federal regulations.

Base Salary: $140-610-253,080Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Dividend Program.
