      The salary range is $135,000 to $160,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

      Position Summary

      We are seeking an experienced and strategic Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Beverage plant. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in achieving our operational goals and delivering exceptional products to our customers.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and maintenance
      • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency
      • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs, and company policies
      • Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
      • Manage plant budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
      • 5+ years of experience in plant management or a similar role in the food manufacturing industry
      • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, and production processes
      • Proven leadership and team management skills
      • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
