- Lead safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Mariettau2019s Guardian Angel culture.
- Responsible for leading the safety, health, environmental programs, guidelines and policies.
- Lead and develop salary and hourly workforce to create teamwork and drive a safe and productive environment.
- Ensure compliance with company, local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Leads operations to established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics.
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities to include scheduling, production and training activities.
- Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately.
- Responsible for maintaining quality of all products.
- Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established.
- Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Plant Manager to be responsible for leading and managing all safety efforts at the plant as well as planning, quality control, customer services and maintenance functions. Additional objectives include asset protection, financials, budgeting, cost control, environmental, personnel and community relations. This position will lead the management team and hourly employees for our Yellow Medicine location.
