Job Description

- Incipient fire and emergency medical response

- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Verbal and written communication for the purposes providing customer service and report writing
- Dependable and punctual

- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid Class G Driver’s License
- First Aid, CPR, AED Certification
- Must be able to work all shifts (days, afternoons, midnights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must be physically able to provide emergency medical assistance and complete foot patrols
- Post-secondary Education in a related field
- NFPA 1 & 2
- Confined Space Rescue
- High angle rescue
- Workplace patrols
- Access control
- Report writing
- Operating security monitoring equipment and telecommunications (i.e., two-way radio, alarm systems)
- Monitor security surveillance systems (CCTV)
- Conflict management
- Ensure compliance of the policies of Ford Motor Company
- Respond to fire, medical, hazardous materials spills, confined space, high rescue emergencies, bomb threats

Training will be provided, however travel to attend training may be required.
