      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the lab diagnostic sales force to identify potential customers for Plasma Protein equipment
      - Actively seek out new prospects and position the employer's solutions to increase market share
      - Manage existing customer relationships and drive revenue growth through the introduction of new assays
      - Coordinate sales activities including technical presentations, financial proposals, and customer site visits
      - Utilize CRM systems to track sales funnel activity and maintain accurate reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum degree requirement: BA or equivalent
      - 3+ years of sales experience in plasma protein solutions
      - Strong knowledge of key plasma protein diagnostic markers, particularly 'Free Light Chains'
      - Willingness to travel 75% of the time
      - Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
