  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Oversee teams in the installation, configuration, and hardening of UNIX and Windows systems
  - Create and maintain user accounts and access management systems
  - Establish and implement backup, recovery, and security policies
  - Provide Level III support for troubleshooting Unix OS technical issues
  - Collaborate with executives and engineering teams to propose and implement solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Public Trust Clearance and ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days of start date
  - 7 - 12 years of experience in relevant IT roles and a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  - VMware and storage experience required
  - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with multiple information technologies, including cloud-based infrastructure and automation tools
  - Experience using ServiceNow for ticket and inventory management
  - Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  - Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancer concepts
  - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
