What you'll do:

• Attending numerous matches featuring players under management, showcasing your unwavering support.
• Crafting thorough, insightful match reports to capture crucial details and game highlights.
• Developing strong rapport with players' families, maintaining open communication, and keeping them well-informed about upcoming fixtures and training schedules.
• Fostering relationships with kit manufacturers and commercial brands to identify potential opportunities for collaboration.
• Supporting social media initiatives to bolster the agency's digital presence and engage with fans.
• Identifying potential new clients and pursuing promising player opportunities to help the agency grow.
• Working closely with the player mentor and agent to ensure a unified, seamless approach to player management and foster a sense of camaraderie.
• Becoming an indispensable part of our dedicated team, contributing your unique talents and expertise to our shared success.
• Retaining top talent by providing exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships with players.
• Attracting and signing promising new players to further elevate the agency's reputation and success.

What you'll bring:

• Professional experience within the fast-paced sports industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of its unique dynamics and challenges.
• Solid knowledge of and passion for the Sport, Football and the industry in general
• Able to quickly build strong relationships internally and externally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with strong collaborative instincts
• Professional, diligent, discrete and proactive
• Adaptable self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously in a high-pressure environment, work to tight timelines and, when necessary, outside of traditional office hours
