What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls to provide exceptional support to donors
- Maintain a quiet workspace to ensure professionalism during calls
- Utilize a Windows computer to manage calls and communications
- Type at least 40 words per minute to facilitate efficient communication
- Contribute to the overall mission of the organization by assisting with donor relations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of remote customer service experience
- Must use a Windows computer for all work-related tasks
- Ability to maintain a quiet and professional environment during calls
- Capacity to type 40 words per minute or faster
- Experience handling inbound calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a non-profit or donor support role
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and protocols
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
