  Your key responsibilities:

  • Through the implementation of a stage-gate methodology, coordinate the transformation of company ideas into winning new products.
  • Develop and implement a robust PLM process to optimize product development processes from ideation to commercialization
  • New product integration team representation in cross functional Innovation projects governance.
  • Bring clarity to the business on new product introduction key measures.
  • Control global discontinuation of products process for the Flavors business
  • Manage items, structures, and changes across organizations for global production
  • Orchestrate the timely delivery of new or modified items. Coordinate readiness with global manufacturing plants, warehouses, and inventory organizations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and ensure quality standards.
  • Lead daily connection activities with the Global commercialization group. Drive inventory target accomplishment (relevant level) to support division strategy
  • Be the SPOC for favor business and bring support to the PLM regional team community through best practice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM systems and tools.

  You bring:

  • 7-10 years’ experience with SAP and APO
  • Flavors/Perfumery background preferred
  • Ample experience in Planning within a fast-paced / high number of materials environment
  • Tangible experience in implementing/participating in Stage-Gate processes for product commercialization
  • Excellent capability for collaborating in multinational, multicultural teams
  • High level communications as this role will interact with senior management
  • Large database management expertise
