Job Description

- A strong foundation in Sales and customer service
- A deep understanding of Plumbing fixtures and fittings
- Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and team player
- Organized, can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectives
- Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
- Able to travel to customer sites, a valid driver’s license is required
- A knowledge of building materials, and the construction process would be considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset French/English)
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Clarify and understand customers’ needs and take them to the best solution(s) for their projects.
- Build new relationships with contractors and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
- Achieves weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare estimates and material lists and follows up on deliveries
- Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
- Stay updated about latest products trends and market conditions
- Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service
- Resolving customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Provide the customer with exceptional experience.

Plumbing Sales Specialists partner with Contractor Sales Associates to support the sales process with specialized knowledge. As knowledgeable sales professionals, contractor sales representatives and specialists can make recommendations which solve customers’ problems.
