What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire scope of psychiatric care for patients, including evaluations, follow-up appointments, and medication management
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, order lab work, and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers
- Provide psychotherapeutic and skill-building interventions to patients
- Coordinate care with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment
- Work in a hybrid outpatient setting, with the option for remote work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a PMHNP/PA-C license
- Minimum of one year of outpatient psychiatric experience
- Ability to work 32-40 hours per week during operation hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in conducting psychiatric assessments and ordering diagnostic tests

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in treating patients with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and dually diagnosed psychiatric patients
- Familiarity with providing psychiatric care to adults in a clinical setting
