What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and optimize episode titles, descriptions, and show notes for SEO and audience engagement
- Support curation by tracking guest outreach with speed and professionalism
- Manage the daily technical publishing process of all podcasts, ensuring timely publication
- Verify audio files for quality, completeness, and proper formatting before and after upload
- Track and report on episode performance metrics and audience engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least three years of professional experience in digital project management, coordination, and/or publishing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in copywriting and web content writing
- Passion for podcasts and digital media
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, RSS feeds, and digital content management

- Previous experience in podcast production or digital media
