What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, maintain, and grow relationships with distributor partners in the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets through effective sales cycle and territory management
- Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) to advocate for Point of Care solutions
- Efficiently navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders
- Perform territory analysis to determine Total Available Market and create targeting strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 0-3 years with a clinical background (BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech, etc.)
- Must reside in the territory and be able to travel up to 50% in the assigned territory
- Strong organizational skills to complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly
- Understanding and compliance with applicable EHS policies and guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Documented history of being a consistent sales overachiever (e.g., President's Club winner)
- Experience in diagnostics, point of care (POC), lab, or capital equipment sales
- Established contacts within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Attended multiple sales training courses and actively uses effective sales methodologies
