      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, draft, and update division administrative and operational policies and procedures
      - Develop and maintain tracking processes for policy reviews and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
      - Write and review various documents related to division policies and programs
      - Communicate effectively with division staff regarding policies and procedures
      - Present information clearly to diverse audiences through formal and informal formats

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or a closely related field, and 2 years of experience in policy research and writing; OR 4 years of relevant experience
      - Knowledge of applicable Federal and State statutes, regulations, and departmental policies
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to conduct thorough research and policy analysis
      - Skills in developing clear and concise reports and presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience coordinating and structuring complex concepts into understandable formats
      - Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and best practices in policy development
      - Previous experience in a government setting or working with public policies
