- Specialized Research: Conduct in-depth research on international relations, regional security, public policy, or geo-economic trends.
- High-Level Reporting: Produce high-quality research briefs, policy recommendations, and analytical reports for government bodies, corporate executives, and the public.
- Policy Monitoring: Provide real-time tracking of policy evolution in major powers, with a specific focus on Indo-Pacific region.
- Intelligence Synthesis: Monitor global developments and provide real-time analysis of their impact on Singapore and the broader Indo-Pacific region.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field, demonstrating rigorous academic training.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable policy briefs and strategic reports tailored for high-level decision-makers.
- Possess acute sensitivity to geopolitical dynamics, particularly within the Indo-Pacific region, with the foresight to identify emerging political risks and strategic opportunities.
- Strong capability to conduct independent research on complex global issues. Capable of drafting high-quality policy briefs and strategic assessment reports characterized by rigorous logic, concise writing, and highly actionable recommendations.
- Possess at least 3 years of professional work experience, with priority given to candidates who have served within a Congress/Parliament, Government Agency, Military, or a leading Political Think Tank.
