What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct policy analysis and research to enhance understanding of ACA and MACRA requirements
- Develop and author program procedural documentation in alignment with client and company standards
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and project leadership to maintain awareness of current policies and regulations
- Identify gaps in documentation and recommend enhancements to training materials and operational documents
- Communicate findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, to internal teams and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States with residency for at least 3 of the past 5 years
- Bachelor’s degree with four (4) or more years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in applying ACA and MACRA provisions to health policy development and regulatory analysis
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship management platforms
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
