- Manage and continuously improve Circana's policy governance framework, including policy ownership, review cycles, approval workflows, version control, accessibility, readability, and consistency across key guidance documents.
- Manage Circana's global library of policies and related guidance, ensuring content is current, easy to locate, appropriately reviewed, and aligned with Integrity Program priorities.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for Circana's policy management platform, including its workflows, reporting, user experience, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with policy owners and subject-matter experts across the organization to coordinate policy development, review, approval, publication, and maintenance.
- Bring an AI-forward mindset to problem-solving by identifying opportunities to use automation, AI-assisted drafting, content reuse, analytics, and workflow improvements to increase quality, consistency, and scalability.
- Monitor relevant external guidance and regulatory expectations, including guidance from the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other regulatory bodies, and recommend practical updates to policies, processes, training, and communications.
- Design, develop, and maintain compliance training and educational content that translates ethics and compliance concepts into clear, practical, and employee-centered learning experiences.
- Partner with Learning & Development to manage annual and new-hire compliance training and support the implementation and ongoing management of Circana's compliance training platform and vendor.
- Develop microlearning, refreshers, communications, job aids, and other learning resources that address key risks identified across the Compliance organization.
- Tailor training content for different audiences, including field and office-based employees, and localize key ethics and compliance messages to support Circana's global workforce.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning content, including learning objectives, content outlines, scenarios, knowledge checks, learner communications, and effectiveness measures.
- Manage internal Integrity Program reporting and executive-level dashboards, and support assessments and analysis that evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support efforts to strengthen Circana's culture and values by integrating ethics and compliance expectations into relevant learning, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Establish content standards, reuse strategies, workflows, decision criteria, and maintenance practices that support a consistent and scalable compliance learning and content ecosystem.
- 5+ years of experience in ethics and compliance, legal operations, policy governance, learning and development, program management, or a related corporate function.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience managing or improving policy governance processes, including policy ownership, review cycles, approvals, version control, or policy management tools.
- Experience designing, developing, or managing compliance training or corporate learning content, including instructional design, microlearning, employee communications, or content strategy.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance topics into clear, practical guidance for a broad employee audience.
- Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate input from global stakeholders, meet deadlines, and drive work to completion.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into practical policy, training, communication, or process solutions.
- Experience using compliance technology, learning management systems, policy management platforms, collaboration tools, or similar technologies.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve workflows, content development, quality, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining appropriate review and oversight.

Role Overview
The Policy & Training Analyst plays a key role in Circana's Integrity Program by helping design, implement, and continuously improve the company's global policy governance and compliance learning programs. This role is ideal for someone who can turn complex compliance expectations into clear, accessible guidance and practical learning experiences for employees across a global organization.
Responsibilities include supporting policy lifecycle management, compliance training, instructional design, internal communications, and risk-based employee engagement. The person in this position will bring strong program management, writing, stakeholder management, and learning design skills, along with curiosity and practical judgment about how artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools can improve quality, scalability, and efficiency.
Reporting to the Global Ethics & Compliance Program Manager, this role will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Learning & Development, Human Resources, regional subject-matter experts, business leaders, and other stakeholders across Circana.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
