What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and process Rule Maintenance Requests (RMRs) and configure associated rules
- Translate client terminology into configuration language and process Ad-Hoc PRs
- Monitor PR queues and ensure timely completion of requests by specified deadlines
- Run quality assurance checks for each rule associated with processed RMRs
- Communicate effectively with upstream functional areas to resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience with the employer or in the healthcare analytics industry
- Ability to learn and quickly apply new material
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes
- Team player with a strong desire to assist others and share knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPC, CCS, or RHIA certification
- Experience with high work volume and ability to manage stress effectively
- Familiarity with CDM functionality
