      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, develop, write, and modify medical program eligibility policies
      - Respond to policy inquiries and conduct trainings for staff and community groups
      - Provide Medicaid Program oversight, including case corrections and compliance reviews
      - Facilitate resolutions for incoming questions or complaints regarding eligibility policies
      - Collaborate with management and policy specialists to implement policy modifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in a Medicaid eligibility position
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Knowledge and experience with medical program eligibility policies and procedures
      - Strong writing, editing, and research skills with attention to accuracy
      - Ability to analyze complex written materials and communicate findings clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of experience in policy training or development
      - Experience using the eREP client information data system
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Familiarity with research methods and techniques
