      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and interpret clinical, claim, and population health data to support the organization's strategic and operational goals
      - Design and evaluate interventions aimed at improving quality scores and reducing avoidable utilization
      - Create dashboards and automated reports to track metrics and performance using tools like Tableau and Excel
      - Provide insights and analysis on performance in value-based and at-risk contracts to support clinical redesign
      - Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams, participating in committees and presenting data as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Population Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
      - 2 years of experience in data analytics and visualizations, including presenting to stakeholders
      - Advanced software skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualizations
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SQL experience, including data cleansing and reporting from large data sets
      - Basic understanding of statistical terminology and methods
      - Experience with value-based contracts and risk-based arrangements
      - Background in analyzing claims and quality measures in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with CMS ACO programs and quality improvement methodologies
