      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute tasks related to bond trading, securities movement, Ginnie Mae pooling, and settlement functions
      - Perform regular reconciliations of securities custodial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
      - Manage the movement of securities, including both physical and Depository Trust Company (DTC) transactions
      - Coordinate Ginnie Mae settlements with broker dealers, settlement agents, and custodians
      - Maintain detailed documentation, process notes, and quality controls for all pool and trade activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in capital markets portfolio operations, preferably in an investor services or financial services organization
      - Knowledge of Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) and Bloomberg processes, systems, and related legal and regulatory requirements
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in documentation, process controls, and compliance support
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with DACA requirements and custodial bank relations
      - Experience with GinnieNet, SQL, Bloomberg, and similar platforms
      - Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews
      - Strong analytical, influencing, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
