What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive future business opportunities
- Meet territory sales quotas for ICU Medical's infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty products
- Conduct product trials and implement ICU products at customer locations
- Communicate effectively with hospital clinicians, providing consultative problem-solving expertise
- Collaborate with managers to align sales efforts with company and regional targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, ideally in medical device sales
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and develop existing customer relationships
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Compliance with all credentialing requirements, including active COVID-19 vaccination
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with needle-free infusion therapy products and services
- Established relationships with key regional health systems
- Familiarity with local AVA, INS, APIC, and ONS chapters
- Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge of ICU Medical products
- Self-motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
