What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate with lien claimants to resolve cases effectively
- Navigate a case management system to manage case files
- Write detailed reports for clients summarizing case progress and findings
- Summarize recent case law and updates for attorney reference
- Perform various duties as assigned by supervising attorneys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or similar cloud storage
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, the public, and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure
