What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review closed loan files for compliance and completeness before delivery to investors
- Assist in clearing conditions placed on loans by investors or due diligence firms to expedite loan settlement
- Manage pipeline movement to ensure loans progress through the post-closing process according to the intended exit strategy
- Coordinate with Secondary Marketing to validate pricing, resolve exceptions, and manage settlement of trades
- Generate reports and updates for management regarding pipeline status, exceptions, and delivery timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Post-Closing, Secondary, or related mortgage operations
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, document review, and investor delivery standards
- Proficiency with LOS and loan delivery systems; familiarity with investor portals and due diligence processes a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Non-QM products preferred
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain accuracy in high-volume environments
