What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, focusing on performance tracking and data analysis
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Create and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, including ad copy and keyword research
- Perform regular keyword research and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies
- Prepare bi-weekly reports and participate in client-facing calls to discuss performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple PPC accounts and achieve measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for presenting performance data to clients and internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CallRail, Unbounce, or similar lead tracking and landing page platforms
- Google Ads certification
- Experience with Local Services Ads
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A proactive mindset with the ability to implement improvements independently
