      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Code procedures and enter charges to comply with federal/state regulations and internal policies
      - Coordinate with the Practice Coordinator and Revenue Integrity to ensure all necessary documentation is present to support selected procedure codes
      - Participate in audits to evaluate the accuracy of selected codes
      - Develop methodologies to improve identified coding issues
      - Work independently while effectively collaborating with various personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a coding credential (RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CCS, RN)
      - Minimum of 2 years of hospital and/or physician practice coding experience or successful completion of the one-year Revenue Integrity Internship Program
      - Demonstrated communication skills and an ability to work independently
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
      - Three to five years of experience in a hospital and/or physician practice setting
