Are you an experienced, dynamic leader looking to make a real impact in primary care? Marcham Road Family Health Centre, a well-established and friendly GP practice in the heart of Abingdon- on-Thames, is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team and support our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Main duties of the job
As Practice Manager, you and your management team will be responsible for:
Operational leadership and work closely with the Partners to develop and implement
strategy.
Financial and business management
HR, recruitment and team development
Compliance with CQC and NHS regulations
Managing practice systems and IT
Engaging with patients, the wider PCN, and local stakeholders
Accountability to the GP Partnership Board
