      Were looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to lead our friendly and forward-thinking team at Bersted Green Surgery, located in the vibrant seaside town of Bognor Regis. This is a part-time role, working between 25 and 30 hours per week.

      Main duties of the job

      As Practice Manager, you will:

      • Provide overall leadership and strategic management of the practice.
      • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional development.
      • Support and manage the day-to-day operations of the surgery, ensuring compliance with CQC, NHS, and legal requirements.
      • Lead on HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, and staff wellbeingsupported by our experienced Management Team.
      • Oversee financial planning and budgeting to ensure long-term sustainability.
      • Manage patient feedback and complaints constructively and compassionately.
      • Build and maintain effective relationships with PCN colleagues, NHS bodies, and local stakeholders.
      • Drive innovation and implement best practice to enhance patient care and staff efficiency.
