      A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated Practice Manager to join the team at Earls Court Medical Centre.

      Main duties of the job

      JOB OVERVIEW

      We are looking for a full-time Practice Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of managing the Practice, including HR, finance, operational, estates and strategic areas.

      The successful candidate will be motivated, committed, and forward-thinking with experience and enthusiasm in managing a GP Practice, with demonstrable skills in leadership, human resources, finance, IT and excellent communication, are essential.

      Essential

      • Educated to A Level Standard (or equivalent)
      • Relevant Management qualification or degree
      • Experience of managing people in a changing environment Experience of working in teams and able to promote a team spirit Financial management experience including understanding of budgeting, bookkeeping and payroll Management experience in the NHS or in GP Practice management minimum of 2 years proven track record Experience using System one

      • Can work well individually and collaboratively Able to adopt a solution focused approach Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team focussed approach Able to listen carefully in order to understand the needs of others and empathise Good time management skills Able to delegate work to others To be proactive Can troubleshoot Can negotiate when necessary Able to manage and resolve conflict situations Able to take minutes in meeting Able to maintain confidentiality at all times with regards to patients and staff
