      Job Summary:

      We welcome you to join the Olathe Health team as a Practice Manager. As the Practice Manager, you will assume accountability for overall planning, coordination, and service delivery for effective and efficient ambulatory operations. Responsible for front-end revenue cycle and clinical practice operations for multiple clinic specialties and locations. Depending on operational size and scope, may have responsibility for one or more sites and specialties. This position manages upwards of 20 provider schedules and 50 front line associates across multiple sites. Assumes a leadership role in planning, developing, and implementing practice services. Strong leadership and organization skills are required. Duties will include hiring associates, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the budgets/productivity and service excellence of the assigned clinical sites.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree 7+ years of leadership/management experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree Minimum
      • Graduate Degree Preferred
      • 3 - 5 Years Healthcare leadership/management experience Minimum
      • More than 5 Years Healthcare leadership/management experience Preferred

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for ambulatory daily operations of clinic sites. Provides direct analysis/intervention related to clinic issues, front office to back office activities, relevant provider clinical documentation, front office documentation, and care delivery activities. Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to effectively and efficiently manage the clinic schedules and coordinate patient care.

      • Works collaboratively with the Finance department, Senior Practice Manager, and Director in forecasting and preparing annual clinic budget. Enhances operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment, and high quality patient care. Collaborates with administrative team and provider leadership to development and assess business strategies.

      • Works in partnership with physician, ambulatory, and health system leadership.

      • Ability to cultivate a positive work environment and a positive group dynamic utilizing group collaboration and open discussions to develop staff skills.

      • Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in ambulatory sites.
