      As a Practice Manager, you'll oversee various administrative and operational aspects of our medical facilities, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include coordinating clinical student training programs, managing clerkship and training programs for medical students, collaborating with medical staff to identify performance improvement opportunities, and maintaining oversight of clinical operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has previous experience in the healthcare field.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate clinical student training programs in collaboration with higher education institutes.

      • Manage clerkship and training programs for medical and nursing students, ensuring timely integration into facilities.

      • Prepare reports for individual providers and distribute them to department leaders.

      • Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for additional training to enhance employee performance.

      • Provide guidance, leadership, and support to clinical staff to achieve department goals.

      • Maintain oversight of clinical operations, including scheduling training and monitoring system utilization.

      • Establish and maintain clinical care pathways for psychiatry and addiction medicine clients.

      • Coordinate training for medical providers on EHR and virtual platforms.

      • Prepare and maintain invoices for medical groups and assist providers in securing clinical information.

      • Adhere to operational guidelines and professional code of ethics.

      • Other job duties as assigned.

      Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

      • Previous experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.

      • High school diploma with courses in typing and business practices; AND

      • At least three (3) years experience in a secretarial or bookkeeping position, of which two (2) years includes experience with computers.

      Additional Qualifications:

      • Shall be able to establish effective relationships via telephone and personal contacts.

      • Shall be able to follow direction and accept supervision.

      • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

      • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

      • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

      • Ability to write routine reports, document with a computerized clinical record and e-mail correspondence.

      • Ability to communicate effectively before groups of residents, employees of the organization, family members, and other contacts in the community.
