      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide job exploration counseling to eligible students with disabilities
      - Deliver postsecondary education counseling and workplace readiness training
      - Facilitate work-based learning experiences for students
      - Support self-advocacy and peer mentoring initiatives
      - Collaborate with local educational agencies and community partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related area, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, including at least two years in teaching or counseling
      - Current MO teaching certificate or substitute teacher certification required, with preference for Special Education certification
      - Valid MO driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
      - Ability to work from a home office and manage flexible hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in education or related field preferred
      - Experience with transition-age youth and familiarity with disability programs
      - Strong skills in communication, organization, relationship-building, and leadership
