      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide job exploration counseling and postsecondary education counseling to eligible students
      - Deliver workplace readiness training and work-based learning experiences
      - Facilitate self-advocacy and peer mentoring programs for students
      - Collaborate with Local Educational Agencies and community partners to support student transitions
      - Maintain a home-office setup while managing travel to assigned school districts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related area, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, including at least two years in teaching or counseling
      - Current MO teaching certificate or substitute teacher certification required; preference for Special Education certification
      - Valid MO driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
      - Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in education or a related field preferred
      - Experience working with transition-age youth and familiarity with disability programs
      - Proven track record of interaction with state agencies, school staff, and students in Missouri secondary schools
