      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact daily with existing and potential clients via telephone and in person
      - Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and healthcare providers during the treatment process
      - Obtain necessary documents to support injury and liability positions
      - Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and manage outstanding medical balances with providers
      - Maintain organized case files and prepare comprehensive demands for submission to insurance carriers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster
      - Strong negotiating skills and the ability to be a team player
      - Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
      - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
      - Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
      - Extensive computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Typing speed of no less than 35 words per minute
