What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead site feasibility assessments, evaluating zoning, access logistics, and environmental constraints
- Oversee due diligence activities and manage consultants for comprehensive project evaluations
- Develop and execute permitting and entitlement strategies in coordination with local jurisdictions
- Manage design consultants to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Deliver executive-level updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management with a focus on preconstruction
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site development programs
- Strong estimating and budgeting skills, with experience in cost modeling and scheduling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep understanding of EV charging technologies and electrical infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes for commercial and industrial facilities
- Experience developing scalable systems and standards for infrastructure delivery
