What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research property information using online county websites and internal/external tools to ensure data validity
- Communicate with customers and construction companies via telephone and email to gather missing project details
- Prioritize daily tasks and research requests based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Update construction job information within the proprietary database through precise data entry
- Correct data inaccuracies and resolve information gaps found in customer-submitted records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, research, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain attentive and precise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining a "help-first" and customer-centric perspective
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex data puzzles
- Technical proficiency and an appetite for learning new software, tools, and construction databases
