      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Reconcile invoices and maintain budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fiscal requirements
      - Collect and analyze data to support emergency plans and standard operating procedures
      - Provide administrative support for meetings, training, and exercises, including agenda preparation and note-taking
      - Assist in maintaining project management databases and tracking systems
      - Support various programs within the Preparedness Section, coordinating logistical and administrative functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Professional experience in emergency management, financial management, public information, or program/project management
      - Relevant experience in an emergency management organization or equivalent administrative role
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and maintaining budgets and tracking systems
      - Background in grants management for federal, state, or local governments
      - Familiarity with emergency management and preparedness activities
      - Skills in data analysis to assess issues and inform decision-making
      - Experience in providing logistical support for meetings and events
