      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expertise on federal prescription drug pricing programs and reimbursement policies
      - Interpret federal statutes and CMS regulations related to drug pricing and access
      - Support the design and interpretation of studies on drug utilization patterns
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality policy-relevant deliverables
      - Translate findings into clear reports, briefs, presentations, and publications for diverse stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD with at least six years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 10 years; or a Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience
      - Minimum of four years of experience in drug policy, health services research, or healthcare consulting
      - Experience with Medicare Part D and other prescription drug policies
      - Familiarity with pharmacy claims, formulary design, and quality measures
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience analyzing large healthcare data sets, particularly Medicare or Medicaid claims
      - A publication record in drug policy or health services research
