      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage health screening, educational, and health promotion events

      - Collaborate with community resources to enhance health education initiatives
      - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - RN License in Virginia
      - Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Non-Degree RN Diploma
      - BLS Certification
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in community nursing
      - Background in health prevention or health education
      - Familiarity with diabetes or cardiac risk patient management
